Meet our Latched at First Sight Team
-
Hi I’m Danielle the face behind Latched at First Sight and a mother to three beautiful girls. I am a Registered Nurse currently working on a Mother Baby unit and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
I have always had a passion to work with families and after becoming a mother I realized and still feel parents need more support in this new chapter of life called parenthood.
Aside from all this I drink way too much coffee, love chocolate, and of course spending time with my family!
I look forward to supporting you and your family on your feeding journey!

Lactation ConsultantHi parents! My name is Alicia. I am a full time mama of four amazing boys (yes 4 boys!!) who always me keep laughing and on my toes. I have been a nurse for over 15 years working in many different specialty areas. For the past 10 years of my career working as a Postpartum nurse helping families recover from delivery and learn the basics of newborn care and feeding. After going through my own feeding journeys as well as helping parents in the beginning stages of infant feeding in the hospital, I have gained a passion for assisting parents to learn the skills needed to be successful and to gain confidence with infant feedings. I became a Certified Lactation Consultant to continue to help parents succeed in meeting their feeding goals outside of the hospital setting. I am so excited to be joining the LAFS team! I can’t wait to begin helping you to meet your feeding goals and to assist you in your feeding journey.

Lactation ConsultantHello! I am Pam and I was born and raised in California. I moved out east for higher education and just fell in love with the new england way of life and made it my home!
I have been a pediatric nurse for 15 years, a pediatric nurse practitioner for 12 years, and an IBCLC for 6 years. I pursued being a IBCLC because I found that my new families, as a PNP, lacked this much needed support and wanted to help them with their feeding journey. I have grown to love this work and thankful I can do this every day!
When I'm not on the road or in the office, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, my 3.5 year son, MJ and our dog cooper.
I am available for consults Wednesday and weekends.
I look forward to helping you and your new addition on your feeding journey!

Lactation ConsultantHello my name is Jacqueline Giordani and I have been a nurse now for ten years. For the past eight years of my career I have had the pleasure of assisting women become mothers, as a labor and delivery nurse. When I first started working in labor and delivery I wanted to learn more about how to help mothers breastfeed, this is when I received my Certified Lactation Consultant certification. I am very enthusiastic about helping mothers, as I too am a mother, in their breastfeeding journeys which is why I decided to join Danielle and her team!

She is also trained as a birth doula through DONA International. Her goal is to help parents have positive birth experiences and support low-intervention births. She encourages this by helping parents feel prepared, educated, and empowered, capable of working with their bodies and advocating for themselves toward a satisfying birth outcome. She began her journey into birth work after the birth of her third child when she discovered the crucial role that childbirth education plays in helping to achieve a satisying and positive birth experience.

Lactation ConsultantHi families! I am Linda, a RN and IBCLC. I have been a nurse since 2005 and it wasn't until I had my oldest child in 2013 that I thought about becoming a postpartum nurse. I joined Sturdy Memorial Hospital in 2018 as a staff RN working on their labor/delivery, recovery and postpartum unit. Feeding my first child was challenging so I became a CLC in 2019 so that I could better assist other families with feeding their babies. I joined Brigham and Women's Hospital as a staff PP nurse in spring of 2021 and in the fall transitioned over to working on the lactation team. I became an IBCLC in September 2022 and continue to help families who deliver at the Brigham learn how to feed their babies.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 girls- ages 3, 6 and 10 years and our 11 year old labrador.
Thank you for reaching out. I am passionate about helping you navigate through this feeding journey!
